As marketers, there are hair-on-fire days, and then there are true crises – a major security breach, a bad act by an employee, a bank robbery, a weather issue – you get the idea. These events are often so randomly specific that preparing for them is akin to preparing for the unknown. Although we cannot prepare for the exact nature of every crisis, we can still have a working strategy and game plan for various situations.
